We have an artistic project, the idea, the text, and even the cast.

But producing a show is a very arduous task in which artistic, technical and administrative practices have to be combined with a lot of bureaucracy: subsidies, grants, budgets, the viability plan... All this is part of a good production and distribution project.

In the workshops we will familiarise ourselves with the above concepts, regardless of the size of the project.

- We will learn about different management and planning tools and how to create budget templates.
- We will discover how national and international distribution, circuits and regional networks work, and develop distribution strategies.
- We will learn how to draw up a dossier and how to access the databases of the programmers of performing arts venues to which we can send it.
