SYNOPSIS

An actress and her director prepare the rehearsal day. A scene written by Shakespeare in which, still with the corpse of her husband present, Lady Anne is dragged by Richard in a spiral of seduction where he has all the weapons but one: the power to believe in the other. A performance in which the world of rehearsal and the rehearsed will mix to talk about actresses and directors, men and women, realities and fictions.

THE PROJECT

Elisabet Gelabert and Inma Nieto are two of the actresses from the first graduating classes of the Centro de Estudios de La Abadía, who were cast in the 1996 production Entremeses directed by José Luis Gómez and Rosario Ruiz Rodgers. Now, they present a stage proposal as creators, taking Shakespeare's Richard III as a dramatic generator to talk about the profession, the creative process of an actress and the relationship with the stage director.
