Alberto (1983) studied Dramatic Art in Valladolid and continues his training with acting masters such as Andrés Lima, Eugenio Barba and Rosario Ruiz Rodgers among others.
An indispensable actor and creator on the Spanish stage, his training and multidisciplinary vision of the stage under an eclectic concept has achieved a unique and recognisable style in continuous evolution..

Alberto has worked with Carlota Ferrer, Alberto Conejero, Chevi Muraday, Jerome Bél, Marta Carrasco, David Serrano and Hiroko Tanahashi among others. His work has been awarded on several occasions, winning the Max Award for Best New Show for DANZAD MALDITOS (2015) or the GODOFF Award for Best Show for his latest creation SWEET DREAMS (2022), as well as the UNION DE ACTORES Award (2022) for Best Actor in a Leading Role in Theatre.

SYNOPSIS

If you tell me to come: I'm not coming.
If you say "I love you" : I run away.
If you use me : I'm all yours

Why am I like this? I don't want to be like this. I want to be someone else and change that which conditions my decisions, my life model, my desires, my wishes, my desires and my relationships. I want to live in another film that doesn't force me to follow specific paths. I want to recover the illusion of love, illusion in general, and I don't want all the songs to talk about you.
I want to be able to stop looking at social media in a loop and be able to maintain a routine for more than a week. Because the gods have abandoned us to our fate? How do you go on if you don't like anything you've become after failed attempts, failures, lexatines, disappointments and without Spain winning Eurovision? I'm telling you: You can't. You can't. It is impossible to meet expectations and we don't deserve to be a walking disappointment. I want to share all this with you because I know it is also yours and precisely for that feeling of not feeling so alone in the world for an hour, this "Sweet Dreams" will have been worth it. A dance piece in which we talk. A humour show in which you cry and a drama in which there are playbacks and cooking classes. A show about, in spite of everything, the will to live.
